- 1½ cups fresh strawberries (250–300 g)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (to taste)
- 1½ teaspoons unflavored gelatin (5 g)

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer.
