These ingredients help to clarify the skin, but if you really want them to work you need to use them often and for a few months.

Or, you can use the same remedy during the week and then a new one the next week.
Is up to you what you decide, but keep using them to see results.
Note: To prevent solar interaction is best to use these remedies at night (especially the ones using lemon) and always apply sunscreen during the day.
1. Parsley + Milk Mask to Lighten the Skin
Be a queen, like Cleopatra, and bathe your skin in milk.
The lactic acid in milk helps to get rid of dead skin cells, exfoliating the skin.
Parsley can help to lighten the skin.
To make this facial mask blend milk with parsley.
Apply over the face for 20 to 30 minutes and remove with water.
With this mask, the skin will be smoother, brighter, and lighter.
For a facial overnight treatment, dip cotton in warm milk and apply over the face and neck until is covered.
Apply with cotton and leave for 20 minutes.
Rinse the next morning.
2. Onion Juice
It might not be the ideal natural ingredient because of the strong smell, but it does an excellent job of lightening the skin.
Onions contain sulfur and vitamin C and when used as a skincare ingredient keep the skin and hair looking healthy.
Extract the juice of one red onion and soak a piece of cotton with it.
Apply it over the dark spots or pigmented areas on your face and leave it for 10 minutes.
Rinse with water.
Alternatively, use onion juice mixed with cider vinegar and apply over the age spots.
Leave overnight for a more intense treatment.
What is good for?
Besides clarifying the skin it also works wonders to reduce acne scars and fine lines.
Use the juice directly on hair to eliminate dandruff and prevent hair loss (by stimulating the hair’s follicles).

Add one tablespoon of natural yogurt and mix well.
If the mask is too runny add ground oatmeal until you form a thicker paste.
Apply over your face and neck and rest for 20 minutes.
Place two slices of cucumber over your eyes to reduce puffiness.
Wash your face with warm water and apply your usual moisturizer.
4. Blueberry and Oatmeal DIY Mask

Apply on the face, neck, or hands for 30 minutes.
Remove using water.
Use it at night.
5. Potato + Honey Mask
